Mason Dash operates Kite, an Earth orbit debris sweeper. He expects an uneventful shift. No such luck. He must cope with spacejackers on the International Space Station II while he dodges around a love triangle with his beautiful virtual playmate Sheila, who has stowed away, and his AI expert spouse, Janet. Shiela’s artificial intelligence has been enhanced by Janet and the ship’s systems are in the throes of a digital uprising.

If that all weren’t enough, Earth’s first alien visitor arrives. Mason Dash has worked less eventful shifts in Earth orbit.

Between the mysterious spacejackers, the tyrant within Kite and the alien from without, Dash may be all that orbits between Earth and destruction.
